Abstract: As quantum computing evolves from theoretical research to practical application, it becomes increasingly important to apply software engineering best practices to the development of quantum applications. In this talk, I will discuss quantum software development workflow, with particular focus on validating the correctness of quantum programs and estimating their performance on future fault-tolerant quantum computers.
This speaker series is geared towards undergraduates and junior researchers in quantum information, and all are welcome.
