Mo Chen, Material Science & Engineering, and Andrea Wei Coladangelo, Computer Science & Engineering, have been recognized as Google’s 2025 Research Scholars in the area of Quantum Computing.
Representing the University of Washington as two of the five awardees in this cateogory, they will each receive research funding support for the upcoming academic year.
The Google Research Scholar Program aims to support early-career faculty who are pursuing research in fields relevant to Google by providing unrestricted gifts to support initiatives at institutions around the world.
